We're selective about what we put on our floor, which means you can shop knowing everything has been looked over carefully. That said, we know secondhand shopping online requires a little trust, and we want you to feel good about your purchase.
If something isn't right, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll issue store credit for the item(s) returned.
A few things to keep in mind:
Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and as you received them. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Return shipping is on you, and we recommend using a trackable method since we can't be responsible for packages lost on their way back to us.

We ship anywhere in the US, right from our little corner of San Francisco.
Flat rate shipping: $5.95Â Free shipping on orders $100 and over (before tax)
Orders are packed with care and shipped via USPS or UPS within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow along. Expect delivery within 3-5 days after shipping.
A heads up: once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it's out of our hands too. Outer Village is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if something goes sideways, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Local Pickup
SF local? Skip the shipping altogether. Select local pickup at checkout and your order will be ready at the store within 24 hours. Come say hi when you pick it up - we like that part.
